The security and privacy of your information is quintessential to our success. To that end, we have taken the extra time and effort to bring our information management systems in-house, where we have sole control and access. By doing this, your user experience may seem a bit less polished than what you've experienced at some other websites, but this is an acceptable tradeoff to ensure your security.

Newsletter subscription

Your information will NOT be shared with ANY outside parties without your explicit approval. In the future, we may present you with the option to receive communications from our strategic partners, but this option does not currently exist.

If you choose to unsubscribe from our newsletter (we'll be sad to see you go), the process is as easy as subscribing.  After unsubscribing, you will be permanently removed from our system and no further communication will be sent to you. Please allow about five minute for any recent subscriptions to process before attempting to unsubscribe. A link to unsubscribe is available in the lower left-hand corner of the Join our Newsletter box to the left.

Returns

If you have received an altered or damaged product, we ask that you contact us with in 5 days to request to return the item(s). Otherwise all sales are final after 14 days. If you have questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact us right away.
